2 cups cooked brown rice/ wash and soak brown rice over night to release the digestion inhibiting enzyme and turn the grain in to a plant for easy digestion and to make it alkaline. Then add 1 1/2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice cook on low heat for 45 minutes with a pinch of quality sea salt.


3 scallions diced

½ shredded carrots

½ cup lentil sprouts

½ cup pine nuts

¼ cup parsley chopped

¼ basil chopped

½ cup olive oil

½ cup lemon juice

½ teaspoon sea salt

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for up to mix flavors. Serve on a mixture of roman lettuce leaves.

Quality Protein, carbohydrate, vitamins minerals, oils, good fiber and enzymes in the fresh ingredients.  A good meal all by itself. Enjoy!
