3 large carrots cut into match-stiks-slice thin on an angle and then slice the angle length wise.

1/4 cup of soaked dulse seaweed
1 Tbs Tamari Soy Sauce
Chop the dulse

Saute the carrots in coconut oil
Add the chopped the seaweed cook for 3-5 minutes and add soy sauce

Turn off the pan and serve.
