1 cup sprouted lentils

4 tart apples chipped in small chunks

1/2 chopped walnuts

  1. Soak green or French lentils over night in water.
  2. pour off water and let sit 3 days rinsing each day with cool water in the am and pm
  3. add sprouts chopped apples and chopped walnuts
  4. toss with lemon juice to stop apples from oxidizing and browning
  5. add white tahini sauce

Tahini (sesame seed) dressing

2 table spoons of sesame tahini
2 teaspoons of Ume paste
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of filtered water
mix all ingredients together in a small bowl with the back of a spoon until they are smooth and creamy
