This is a simple and great tasting recipe

Slice 1 large carrot in 1/4 inch circles and slice each circle length wist to make a match-stick
in 1 tbs. cold pressed olive oil about two minutes
soak 1 tablespoon of dulse/rinse and chop then-
add dulse to the sauteing carrots

(Dulse is a sea vegetable that is rich in trace minerals and iodine and it taste great)

add 1 tbs. Braggs amino acids or natural soy sauce and saute another minute or two
